Double A's Pizza Sports Bar and Grill

Great new location. Been going to double a since they were off pioneer park. Great service. Fun place.

Very disappointed. I understand they just opened in the new place, but it was total chaos tonight when we were there. Most likely understaffed or to many new people that didnt know what was totally going on. We Placed an order for a pizza and fries. Waited over an hour. When my wife and I got up to pay for our drinks and leave we couldn't find the waiter. Finally saw him bringing our food out. I told him we were ready to leave and to cash us out. We had waited too long. He boxed the pizza and we turned back the fries. We were charged full price and to top it off the pizza was cold! Service was better at the old establishment.

Walked in for lunch and was told that my wait would be just a minute while a table was cleared off. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for a table. Once seated I couldn't get any refills and I had to chase the server down to finally get my check. Food was ok, but I won't be back after the terrible experience I had.

Highly recommend supporting this locally owned business. Great food, fun atmosphere for kids and adults, and hardworking friendly staff. Owners are on site working hard. This is the type of business we need to support in Peoria.
