I ordered a hat from Jimmy and received it with incorrect branding. When I spoke to him on the phone he was rushed and had no customer service. We also clearly stated to place it just above the buckle, and he hiked it up in the middle of the hat. I was very upset with the hat I was longing to receive after two months. I am very disappointed.
