Kettle Embroidery, LLC

I did not have a good experience here. I ordered something and was very specific about what I wanted it to say, they senty a proof of the item and because I have dyslexia I did not catch an error that they made until after I paid an overpriced amount for the product and brought it home. When I took it back to the store they made a fuss about re-printing it but they said they would do it. When I went to go pick it up, they wanted to charge me the full price again even though I never received the first product and it was their error. They finally cut a few dollars off, but they were very rude about it. Now whenever I look at this product, I only think about how bad my experience was.

I live 2 hours away from Kettle Embroidery and I use them EVERY time. They do quality work and stand behind their products. I'm so impressed with how they handle their customers and would recommend them all day every day. They really do work hard to make sure my projects meet my sometimes crazy deadlines. I feel like they care about my business so much that I'm here telling you about it! GO TO KETTLE!

Very fair on pricing and great customer service! We have used Kettle Embroidery for a few different things and everything has turned out great. We love to support our fellow local businesses whenever we can.

I had an awesome experience working with Garth. I had to change things with several of jerseys i placed an order for and also asked for it to be done in a week. Garth said it'd be tough but he'd do his best, sure enough he delivered what I asked him. And the jerseys turned out amazing, just what I wanted. Friendly, helpful and understanding, manager if you are reading this, give Garth a raise! I would definitely recommend placing an order with Kettle, I know I will again in the future.
