Double Tree

I can't wait to stay here again next year. The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep as soon as I hit the pillow. The staff was very helpful with everything. And the location was perfect for everything we were doing. A special shout out to Angel in the valet.she was very personable and out going. My Opinion is she is wonderful. I hope she is her when I come back next year.

Our room was very clean. It looked very nice, and was located very nicely. The employees where quite personable and helpful. And they took care of our bags for free when we where at the farmers market in Milwaukee. We needed help with the temperature in our room and they sent someone promptly. This is a great place to stay when coming to Milwaukee especially for a bucks game, you can walk to the stadium from this hotel. Overall this is a great place to stay.

Stayed here for a concert I attended. From the man that checked me in to my room, to the very kind lady running the valet that evening, I had great experiences with everyone I spoke with. Very warm and hospitable. The rooms are on the smaller side, but for less than $100 for the night in downtown Milwaukee, I couldn't complain. Additionally, the air conditioner/heat didn't seem to work in our room, but that could have very easily been user error. Overall, I am very happy with my stay and won't hesitate to book again if and when I'm in the area again!

We selected this hotel location because of his proximity to Fiserv and other attractions. Immediately upon check-in, we were greeted by bright lobby and bright smiles of front desk staff. That brings me to the reason why I am posting, Antonio was on duty each night of our stay, and he was phenomenal! He put our rooms next-door to each other so our children could be near one another. He was a wealth of information in regards to the area, great places to eat, how to get around, and any other random question we or our kids had. He also willingly participated in their antics when they came back from the game to share how excited they were from the night’s activities. He’s a type of employee all hotels hope to have!

Volleyball Tournament for my 15yo. The room was nice. However the pullout sofa sleeper sucked. Highly suggested to upgrade to a double bed suite. However the staff was great. And the restaurant attached. Fantastic food and drinks. Definitely made the over night stay worth it.Rooms: 4/5

The stay was good. Our only issue was the bathroom sink kept backing up. Otherwise great customer service. Also being able to keep our luggage in the valet office was on point. The breakfast buffet was great and the time that it started accommodating was particularly nice.Rooms: 4/5

So first off for context I am very young and I went on my first professional company business trip in a big city. I live in a very small city hours away. When I got here the traffic was horrible and I was severely anxious on the verge of tears, when I got to the hotel the angel I needed is named angel, she is a valet Parker. She is the most nicest and sweetest person ever and I really needed that after this long trip, one small act of kindness made my whole day. This lady needs a huge raise I swear. The management and front desk receptionists were amazing too, they helped me with my every question and were just full of kindness and compassion. Thank you for making this trip worth it Thank you Angel for making my whole day with just a small act of kindness not to mention she was working in 20 degree weather in the snow with it being super windy

The service here was excellent. They went above and beyond on the app and in person to make our anniversary weekend here amazing. The location was great, right in the heart of the city and getting in and out of the valet parking was easy. The restaurant was great as well. Reasonably priced with a great menu and a solid beer selection.

I can not begin to explain how horrible our stay was. It started with the manager on duty being rude to the lady in front of us. He then proceeded to check us in with the nastiest attitude. When we finally got to the room, when you turned on the sink, the water came directly out the bottom of the sink. We had to change rooms. No apology or anything. It was just horrible. I will say the bed was comfortable. But for nearly $300 a night booked the same week, I shouldn’t feel like I’m in a “motel”.

Very clean, friendly place. Karen at the restaurant was extremely helpful and friendly. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Karen!. Winona at the front desk was the most professional, friendly gal also. Will definitely stay here again. Our new home away from home.Rooms: 5/5
