My initial communication over the phone and email with the Douglas Dental office staff and follow-up up to my appointment was excellent, friendly and professional. My 1st visit was comprehensive and I understood all that was being done and plans for addressing future dental care needs from Donetta to Dr. Rastetter. Grateful to have found this dental office with caring staff who clearly know their profession!

I've been coming to this dental practice since before Dr. Rastetter bought it from the previous dentist. I've been very happy with the staff and the quality of the dental care. Luckily, almost all my visits are for routine cleaning and checkups. When I've needed more complicated procedures crowns, extraction I've been very happy with the treatment and the results from Dr. Rastetter.

I cracked a tooth on a Wednesday night and sent an email to Douglas Dental. You can imagine my surprise to get a phone call before 8:00am the next morning with an appointment. Less than 12 hours after the issue, I was in the chair and the staff were working on my tooth. I would recommend Douglas Dental to anyone for their dental needs. Dr. Rastetter and the staff are without equal.

These folks are great. My husband and I have been going there for years. They are efficient we never have to wait, professional and friendly. I never thought going to the dentist would be a pleasant experience, but it is.
