Moe provided excellent service & efficiently repaired & providing me with screens for my windows in all rooms. I appreciate his time, energy & concern in fixing the screen issues. Now I can finally lift my windows for some air. And cool off from these unusually warm temperatures. Thank you, for your hard work.

I loved living at Douglass Park Apartments. It was convenient to school. My apartment had really pretty views. There was underground parking which was great in the winter. Management was always responsive with maintenance issues. Kyle Stanton was a great property manager. Leaving this apartment after graduation was bittersweet.

Douglass park has no park since half of it under constructions for almost a year. The company is lousy, they will break into your apartment paint the walls and leave terrible smell.

Our office had a flood last year. The maintenence team came to the rescue, swiftly. Thankfully, our office was not badly damaged. Mo is always there if we had any issue that was beyond our control, no questions asked.

03/01/2022 uodate Thanks again! I’ve received the check. 5 stars 02/22/2022 update Thanks for reaching out, I will change to 5 star after getting the check moved out two years ago and still haven't gotten deposit. I am now based on Mountain View. No idea how can I get deposit back

The facilities inside are average and the rooms are quite large. However, I still feel that the accommodation fee at Northeastern University is expensive.
