His office staff was excellent! Some of the best customer service that I've had to date. The staff also happily accommodated me when I needed a quick appointment, and also when I needed to change my appointment time. My consultation was good as well.

I did a lot research online and visit other doctors before seeing Dr. Aaron (save the best for last!). Dr. Aaron "Muito Obrigada" (Thank you very much!) for mentioning in my first visit about the time you spend on belly button when doing a tummy tuck. I was considering dropping the idea of the surgery all together after seeing a result of a perfect “round shape” of a tummy tuck, which it just doesn’t look natural. I told my husband that I can’t make myself go ahead with the procedure with nobody else but you. You sold me without trying. I have not done the procedure yet since my first visit with Dr. Aaron was last week however I will update my review in the future. I have to give 5 stars for now just because you are not going home without answers from him. I know I will be in good hands! Thank you again! Glauci

After doing a lot of research and meeting with two other surgeons, I knew once I met Dr Kosins and had my consultation with him that he would be the doctor to whom I could trust with doing my breast lift & augmentation. It's been six weeks since my surgery and I'm beyond thrilled! He exceeded my expectations and delivered everything that we discussed prior to my surgery. I'm so happy how they look and he really goes out of his way to make you feel special. I have to say too that his staff is unbelievable! They are the nicest, kindest group of people! Every time I go in for an appointment they are always so happy & helpful and so personable! I've never met a group so nice! Thank you to Dr. Kosins and his staff for doing such an excellent job! I would (and do) recommend him to anyone looking to have their breast done! You will be happy if you do!

If I could give a higher rating, I would! I met Dr Kosins at the one of the lowest points of my life; in the ER at UCI the night my 17 yr old son had been hit by a car as a pedestrian. Dr Kosins, was very patient and kind, while I was in shock and probably not making much sense. My son had very horrific and extensive injuries to his face and upper torso. Dr Kosins took time to answer every question in the ER, in his ICU room, at the rehabilitation hospital, and continuing for about a year afterward. His demeanor was very calming to me, he was patient with this frantic & overwhelmed mother, he was able to relate to and put my son at ease, and even established an extremely good rapport with him during the entire time he was treating my son. Dr Kosins & 3 assistant surgeons performed facial surgery on my son's face for over 2 hrs. He directed them as they all worked in a determined and methodical manner. In addition, he attended to the various injuries to my son's upper torso. He continued to care for my son throughout his hospital stay, his rehabilitation center stay, and for about a year afterwards. With every visit, my son's injuries and appearance improved drastically. My son was unrecognizible when Dr Kosins first started treating him and today, he gets a lot of compliments, making it obvious that people don't notice he had been injuried until they're told and the areas pointed out. I am still amazed at the quality of care Dr Kosins provided, his genuine concern and professional approach, and his ability to help such a devastating experience be a little more bearable. I do not hesitate for a moment to recommend Dr Kosins to anyone searching for the absolute BEST cosmetic surgeon! Words could never adequately express my gratitude to Dr Kosins- so THANK YOU will have to suffice!!! (I would have posted this sooner, but my son has endured a lot & I'm just now finding time to do so)

Dr. Kosins is a genie! Nobody even knows that I got rhinoplasty, because my nose looks so natural. He, along with the rest of his staff, have been SO supportive throughout the entire process. If you are trying to decide on a surgeon for your nose job, look no further. He is AMAZING.
