Dr. Claudia P. Diez | Psychologist

Dr. Diez is an excellent professional that works in a straightforward and very efficacious way. She is very helpful and easily understands and helps you identify the anxiety and stressful triggers. She taught me so many tool and helped me understand many things that I was not able to understand with other professionals. I am very happy with her and I would definitely recommend her practice.

When I first started with Dr. Diez, she made me aware of the way my body was manifesting stress, helping me become more mentally aware of things that were hurting me physically. Over the past two years she has coached me through some extremely stressful times, and now that I'm building toward a more positive future, she points the way. I always leave her sessions with a strong thought that serves as a tool when I encounter the stressors and triggers that have challenged me. I am grateful for her expertise and care!

Dr. Diez is very professional and respectful. She makes it pleasant to be in the room speaking to her about your concerns. She is always attentive, she asks relevant questions, and provides with good perspective. As I am a mental health counseling student in training, she provided with good resources and material to further expand my knowledge. She is also a bilingual therapist, which I found extremely helpful to have therapy in my native language (Spanish).

Dr. Claudia Diez is very professional. Since the first moment I felt comfortable talking to her. She asked me a lot and was also a good listener. She gave me a lot of resources and techniques that I had to train and use in my case, and she was always helping me giving me an objective, fair and serious advice. It was the first time that I went to an specialist, but everything went smooth and she really helped me to change my perspective and deal with my problem. I will always be thankful to her. At the beginning we talked about how the sessions were going to be and last (aprox) so I knew when the session was going to expire, and although sometimes I wished they lasted a little bit more, we kept working in the next session. She also sent me some interesting readings and resources that I really appreciated. The Room is nice, clean and quiet. She has a sofa and a table and we were always talking one in front of each other. She made me feel very relaxed even when I was anxious or stressed. It was almost like talking to a friend.

Dr. Diez is absolutely wonderful. She really takes the time to listen and find the right holistic approach to help her patients. As someone that was traditionally weary of psychology, Dr. Diez has turned me into a true believer.
