Continuation from post above re Dr. Berill's bias: case name is Vega vs. Webber as reference should anyone attempt to discount the truthfulness if this review. Location: kings County NY Sipreme Court. This is my experience in light of your article. It was a nightmare that began more than 21 years ago that I have ---------------- My personal experience with the educated non-professional: I was the parent of a child whose mother is Cuban American. I am liberal in terms of my views respecting Cuba. I was the primary care giver to the child as I attended law school during the evening while the mother worked during the days. A prior forensic (not conducted by Dr. Berrill) analysis respecting custody recommended custody to me. I agreed, notwithstanding, the recommendation, that the mother and I share the child until the child, who was then one year of age, reach school age. Why? Because I was concerned for the best interest of my child. Dr. Berrill was appointed when the child reached five years of age and his interview of me was primarily focused upon my political views and in particular my views of Cuba. He recommended custody to Cuban mother. Sent from my iPhone
