Dr. Eddie Warrior Correctional Center

Its not to bad of a place. I wish they had a place to wait inside for the visitors who are waiting to check in to visit. They do have a nice yard to visit. They have lots of activities for the inmates to do if they want. The woman's prisons are much better than the mens.

I've heard two stories of women being told they were miraculously cured of their HepC but both also told they had HepB but it was also no longer present (told to them by medical staff). That's a bit odd. Outside of that, the staff at visiting are very friendly and respectful. Place is clean. It's medical I'm worried about. If you don't have funds to treat them... don't lie to them. Maybe family will help with treatment.

Nice clean lawn area, with play ground for kids. Private shaded benchs to sit and talk. Make sure your at either men's or women's location. Be polite to officers. In their world giving out limited information and staying apart is job security. Bring lots of quarters in a plastic bag for vending machines.

Its a low security prison for woman and at the visiting shack the door gets stuck all the time ( turn it counterclockwise and push) all the places that could trip is highlighted with yellow (hint) and when you get to the gym (where you visit) other is old black lady sitting at the desk and usually if she reconizes you she doesn't say anything she just writes down the prisoners name but she trys to make it a living hell for them (the prisoners) the snack machine food cost a fortune and I would know my mom is in that prison
