The saddest part of it all is getting approved for visitation. If folks are wanting to see their loved one and drives so many miles getting approved for visitation should not take 6-8 months. My daughter had to wait 5 months to get to see her brother. A friend of my son's sent in her application in July and here it is almost November and she is still waiting. The Center lost her photo id that was attached to the app. She was told to email her id and wait another 30-60 days. I wander how the employee's there would feel if they were treated in this manner. So sad.

Very nice officers and clean. Shady and slides for kids to play on. Been going almost 3 years.

Clean shaded bench areas to sit and talk. Play areas for kids. Be polite to officers. In their world staying apart and giving limited information is job security. Make sure before waiting an hour in line wether you are at women's or men's area. Bring lots of quarters in a plastic bag for vending machines.

I love this place....my visit was wonderful...nice shade trees...and friendly staff.....can't wait to visit again
