Dr. Mark Carney, RND, LAc

I've been seeing Dr. Mark for over a year now and he has been instrumental in helping me get through cancer treatment with minimal side effects. He's very knowledgeable about cancer and many other health issues. I highly recommend him for any medical issues you may have, or for well care visits.

I am very pleased with Dr. Mark. He listens to me very intently and speaks to me in a way that is understandable. I've only been to see him twice, but I already feel that my health is in good hands. We are working on getting rid of my hormonal acne as well as trying to regulate my menstrual cycle. I will post an update in a few months once I have the results.

I had went to four different traditional doctors before coming to Dr. Mark, and got more and more frustrated with each one. I was experiencing multiple different things that made my day to day life long and hard. I felt that each doctor I went to spent 10 minutes with me, filled my hands with medication and sent me on my way. They didn't care to find out what the actual problem was, they only suggested a band-aid. I was at one of the darkest places of my life. I refused to live that way though so I decided to try something different. The first appointment with Dr. Mark I spent almost two HOURS talking about every little aspect of my health. He also explained every medical term so I would understand. I finally felt like someone had heard me. Then after some simple tests he suggested to find the root of the problem I found out I had candida. He also found out I was extremely vitamin D deficient which I never would have guessed! It explained all my symptoms, I was so relieved. Dr. Mark now has me on a very strict diet with plenty of good supplements to beat it out of my system. It was a rough first week but I already have more energy than I've ever had, and I can FEEL my body healing. Dr. Mark truly cares about people, and wants them to thrive. If you have hit rock bottom and you need a different approach, go to Dr. Mark. Holistic medicine sometimes gets a bad rep for whatever reason, but is the only thing that has helped me through this battle.

Dr. Mark Carney is a rare and amazing doctor. He truly cares and he really listens. In addition to that he is absolutely brilliant. I was diagnosed with an advanced ovarian cancer. The medical doctors did not give me any hope whatsoever. Actually they gave me a death sentence. Dr. Mark Carney and his team helped me more than a couple of dozen medical doctors. Dr. Carney's methods are evidence based and very effective. The most important treatment that I received was some very high dose and concentrated nutritional therapies. I also received advice on making major nutritional and lifestyle changes to support my healing. I have done great under his expert care and guidance and recently when I had a follow up visit with my oncologist I was told that there was no evidence of disease! There was no evidence of cancer in my body anywhere! I am healed and I am forever grateful to know such a kind, brilliant and loving doctor.

As a client of Dr. Mark Carney- “Mark”- it would be an understatement to say he is among the finest when it comes to healthcare. For me he was and continues to be a knowledgeable source of advice and true caring. I first came to Mark about three years ago to begin my journey of reclaiming my health one step at a time, as I began a concerted effort to change my lifestyle, and achieve better physical health. Mark helped me establish new eating habits, inspired and encouraged a new exercise regime, and provided support during a fasting and detoxification period with phenomenal results. With Mark I was able to foster mindfulness and learn to observe what was / is happening in different parts of my body. Mark cultivated and has earned my trust. He guided me to an understanding and healthy connection with my body, and in a broader context, the ecology of my life as a whole—body, soul and spirit. In union with Dr. Carney I have come to understand if you are not aware of what your body needs, you can’t take care of it. He has the expertise, training, and sensitivity anyone could want when seeking a health professional, coupled with a true desire to serve. For knowing Dr. Carney- “Mark”- I am in so many ways a much healthier, happy man.
