Dr. Ronabeth R. Holmes, MD

I have seen this dermatologist somewhere between four and six times. Each time I have had to wait more than 30 minutes in the waiting room before being called back, and it has most often been upwards of 45 minutes. Their scheduling practices clearly emphasize their own profits and do not show any respect for the time of their patients. Unless you have hours to kill and like to hang out in waiting rooms, I would avoid this practice.

The doctor never sees you. It's always her Assistant who sees you after you wait for an hour. And then for new patients, they tell you there is no appointment until 6 months out. The medicine they give you doesn't work or they diagnose it incorrectly. Avoid this one at all costs.

They constantly over book appointments which means if your appt is at 1pm you will be waiting till 2pm just to get called back. Then you will wait at least another 45 mins just to see Dr. Holmes. Oh and the best part is, when you finally see her she will spend only 5 mins on you and slap you and your insurance with a whopping $300 bill for a 5 min treatment! She goes entirely too fast so she cannot give the proper care, attention and diagnosis. Oh and I was able to write this review sitting in the lobby 45mins and still counting. This all happened the first time I came but now I see this is the norm here. Horrible wait time for super fast service is what you get here.
