I'd highly recommend Ryan or Michael. We were very pleased with the effort they made to prioritize our needs and working with us on our vision for our new home. We will be working with them again when we come back down in the late fall to remodel my in-laws house.

Drafting Design was far more affordable and ultimately yielded similar results to an architectural firm that we initially began our design process with in the Orlando area. Wish I had known better in the beginning.

RYAN WAS WORKING WITH US TO HELP USE GET BLUEPRINTS WITH OUR HOUSE AND WHEN TO GETTING THEM TO COME OUT AND DO THE MEASUREMENT TO START IT NEVER HAPPEN FOR A MONTH WE CALL LEFT MESSAGE FOR HIM CALL BACK NEVER GOT A CALL OR A EMAIL RETURN..AND OUR TIME CAME FOR THE BLUEPRINTS TO BE TURN IN AN WE HAD NOTHING TO SHOW SO WE GOT FINED WE CALL HIM EVERY DAY UP UNTIL 7/25/17 MY HUSBAND CALL GOT A HOLD OF RYAN HE TOLD MY HUSBAND HE WAS IN A MEETING BUT HE WOULD CALL BACK IN ABOUT 15-20MINS.AND WE NEVER RECEIVE A CALL BACK. HE TOOK A HUNDRED JUST TO COME LOOK AT THE HOUSE BUT NEVER START THE PROJECT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE !!! VERY POOR WORK ETHICS AND PEOPLE SKILLS.

My wife and I recently retired and moved to Florida after living up north for most of our lives. Upon recommendation of a family friend, we went to Drafting Design Service, Inc. to design our new home. It was a delight working with Ryan and Michael. We now live in what my wife refers to as our "dream home" and it wouldn't have been possible without Drafting Design. Both Ryan and Michael were very knowledgeable about home design and really steered us in the right direction. I had know idea how much went into a set of house plans with permits and details. It was a pleasure to work with them and I feel we got a very fair price and quick turnaround time on the plans. I will gladly endorse Drafting Design Service, Inc. -Walt and Nancy
