Dragonfly Tea Zone

If I can give this a 0 I wish I could. I called an order To go 7:54 and it’s 8:22pm almost 8:30 lol I had order 2 drinks and 2 strawberry crepes. Tell me why when a lady behind me order a crepe and got hers before me though. I’ve been waiting and I usually call ahead. I haven’t came for a reason and I honestly don’t plan on coming back. 💯 this is ridiculous. They’ll always run out of crepe and I’m make sure to spread the word don’t come here. I’ll make my own crepe for now on

I have to say the place is relaxing if you let it. There is games kind of like a few wifi coffee shops would have. But! this is a tea shop and smells good. Beware there are cameras all over the place. The staff is great.The drinks are good but a little price at times. Other then that not a bad place. Oh, bye there Groupon and also there is another one Down town in the City market area..

We love coming here. They have a lot of loose tea to choose from. Their drinks and ice cream are very good.

I love this place and I would come more often but there is always just one person working so it takes forever. You should really have two people working for faster service.

Best Thai Iced Tea w/ Boba and they are half price every Thursday! Large varity of other types of drinks and a ton of flavors to choose from. Store itself is not very clean and the staff is made up of mostly very young adults (20's). Idk if it is their age, their lack of training, or combination of both but their customer service, communication, and management skills are minimal at best. Although it hasn't stopped me from going there as I frequent the store around three times a week.
