They do great work, BUT, they never notify you when they are coming and will enter the house when I’m at work. I will never get a call or email that they were there. What only know because things were moved and fixed. This is unnerving when you’re a single female living alone. I guess if you’re a renter and not a homeowner, you’re not worth notifying. They do good work though.
My mom was one of their 1st customers when they began the business, and she used them everytime she needed something looked at or fixed. So Ive been calling them, no answer, I left a message,never heard anything back, sent a text and an email,still nothing. It would be nice to know something, like if you guys are too busy to catch up on your messages, or are you even in business anymore...
I had all kinds of clogs going on and two very nice men came and saved the day. Professional, friendly, and fast. Definitely will call them if needed again.
