JET Drain Service

I've spent hours calling different companies trying to schedule a specific service for my home. The companies I called who didn't perform this service simply sent me on my way with a "good luck!" I called Jet Drain based on their good reviews. When I found out that they didnt perform the service I needed, I was prepared for them to just hang up. However the owner who answered my call spent a good amount of time providing names and numbers of companies that would be able to help me. He didn't have to do that, as I wasn't his customer, but he took time out of his day to help and he was kind and friendly while doing so. I was so impressed with his kindness that I felt I needed to leave this review. Thanks again!

Jesse is great to work with. He goes out of his way to help his customers and make sure they are getting everything done that needs to be done. We have used his services multiple times, and most recently I called and he was at my house to help me troubleshoot a septic issue in less than 30 min. No reason to use anyone else in central iowa.

I didn't even know Jesse was here! He cleared and fixed the sink in our basement and I went drown stairs wondering if he'd been here and it was DONE! Not only is the drain clear, he replaced the pipe underneath, and CLEANED up the mess that was there before he came! This problem was left after another company failed to fix it and still charged us. I'll never be calling anyone else but Jet Drain!

Called late on a week night and Jesse was at my house bright and early the next day He was quick to find the problem I would highly recommend his work he is reasonably priced as well. Thanks for the help

Jet Drain is fabulous! A national chain with a catchy jingle left us ankle deep in stanky water. Jet Drain answered our plea for help. Nick at Jet Drain and John from Earl's Septic/Sanitation came quickly, and in less than an hour the situation was resolved. Search no farther -> Jet Drain is the best answer to your problem!

Incredibly knowledgeable and not afraid to provide advice as well as service. Saved me from having to wait all weekend for a drain clearing. He'll definitely be my first call when I need a plumber!
