As a land development consultant and civil engineer, I have the opportunity to work with numerous builders throughout the industry and can say with confidence that Dreamline is one of the best around. From the initial planning phases of a project through the execution of construction, they are consistently able to provide their clients with a sustainable and quality product while effectively addressing the inevitable challenges that arise during the process. Dreamline Modular built us our dream home on the North Shore in Massachusetts. Before undergoing the building process, everyone we knew who had built a custom home warned us that building a house would be a horrible experience. We were told that corners would get cut if we didn't closely monitor things. That we'd go significantly over our budget and in the end we'd hate our builder. We had the opposite experience with Dreamline Modular. Kris, Doug, and their team of professionals were a pleasure to work with. They exceeded our expectations at every turn. Dreamline was the only company to provide us with a detailed, personalized summary of everything involved in building our home. We knew how our house was going to be built and if we changed a detail their was an immediate accounting of how it would affect the final price. There were zero unpleasant surprises. Additionally, we got a better, more energy efficient home than our first home which was stick built. It's important to note that this wasn't just the result of going modular. Many of the homes on our street are modular and our neighbors didn't have the same quality experience as we did since they used other modular companies. They had all sorts of design issues, cracking, and other problems. We've been in our home for 4 years, couldn't be happier, and continue to highly recommend Dreamline Modular.

We built our home with dreamline over 1 year ago. The process was amazing from the beginning to end. Kris, Doug, Michelle and team were responsive and conscientious all the way through. Most importantly, we were on budget and on time! I concur with many of the other 5 star posters as our experience was very similar. I can add that we started the process with Dreamline while living in London. An international move and building a new home is the classic recipe for high stress ... but Michelle and team were one step ahead of us the whole way. I tell people all the time that I actually enjoyed the home building process. I recommend them highly!

I've had the opportunity to work with hundreds of builders through the last 18 years in the housing industry and I count Dreamline Modular Homes as one of, if not the best builder. Doug and Kris are extremely professional individuals who care about the houses they build and the customers they build them for. All it takes is one meeting with them to feel completely at ease with what will probably be the largest investment of your lifetime.

Our house was on budget, on time and exactly what we asked for. Everyone we talked to that had built a house described it as a painful experience and that it took at least 3 tries to get the house you really wanted. Our experience was much better than that. Our home building process was detailed and methodical and Michelle helped us make smart decisions. Our kitchen is extremely user friendly, far better than either of us would have designed, and that is 100% thanks to Michelle's design and recommendations.
