Bought a garage from them (2015) - The process was easy and they were very accommodating throughout the build. Their workers on the job site were all very presentable (clean cut) and they were organized and tidy. They left my house clean of construction debris. The office staff helped me every step of the way and I just can't say enough about the positive experience I had.

I was really interested in modular homes. The sales person was nice. But by the time our visit was over I knew we were not going modular. Outrageously expensive and faster to stick build.

After about seven months from start to finish, I am pleased to announce I have got a really sharp looking well built home! I will love living in it for years to come.The folks from G.B.I. are easy to work with and truly a pleasure to do business with. Actually I made some new friends and some new contacts for any future building I may do. All in all my home building experience was great! I would recommend the G.B.I. company to any one looking to build a new house in a short period at a affordable price! Thank you very much!!!
