Mike Dreiling has handled several legal matters for me; both personal AND business. I've found Mike to be extremely knowledgeable; he has saved me a lot tax-wise in regards to my business and has been working with me to get my wills & trusts in order. Ive been extremely pleased with all of my interactions with Mike. I highly recommend him!!!

Michael is fantastic at putting complicated things in real simple terms to understand. We recently had him revise our client contracts and paperwork and I really like how he uses words the average person can understand. He helped us to create a process that makes great sense and puts less risk on us as a business. He is a great guy to deal with.

We were doing our taxes and payroll in house and found out my business partner had not been doing her job. This led us down a long process with the IRS and over 100k in owed taxes and penalties. Mike was stellar at helping with the process. Bottom line he kept us in business and out of bankruptcy. Couldn't more highly recommend him. He even answers his emails and phone!!
