DriveTime Used Cars

Had an awesome seamless experience buying BOTH my cars at DriveTime. Bought a 2012 Nissan Rogue last September and I just traded it in for a 2016 Nissan Rogue last Saturday. I worked with Vince who kept it mostly low pressure it is a car dealership so a *little* pressure is expected lol and heard my complaints about my 2012 Nissan Rogue and was able to talk me into the 5 year 50k warranty based on the problems I'd had with my 2012 Nissan Rogue. It felt like the right investment for myself and my kids. I got decent trade in value for my 2012 and the process took a lot less time than a traditional car dealership. I feel like the price for my 2016 was fair market value. Vince was easy to work with, understanding of the fact the my 2012 was in the shop, offered to hold the 2016 for a little while longer so my 2012 could get repaired and I could use it as my down payment. I have a kiddo who will be looking to buy their first car in about 2 years and I can confidently say that we'll probably be buying through DriveTime when that time comes.

Team here is very friendly and helpful! We were immediately greeted and taken care of. Michael and Vince both helped my family find the right vehicle for us. The entire process was smooth and quick! Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a vehicle with good customers service!

Rebecca & Asheya were both very helpful and pleasant to work with. Everything went very smoothly with no problems and without having to be there all day. We're not excited about the interest rate, but left with the vehicle we wanted and are very happy. Would definately recommend - ask for either of these two lovely ladies.
