Hertz Car Sales

No frills experience BUT I went in with pre-approved financing and so far because Hertz sent applications which I DIDN’T WANT, NEED OR ASK FOR FINANCING. 4 hard pulls on my credit. I was never asked. Beware.

Good place to get a reantal. Staff is friendly and was able to get set me up with the car I wanted with a last min pick up.

Bought a 2020 tahoe with high miles but in good shape. Salesman assured me it is a good car and Hertz backs there product. I bought a good warranty, and reported some cosmetic issues. They schedule a time to bring it to them to be fixed, which they did. My parking assist quit working the day before and I report that at this time. They say it is my responsibility to fix it although I have had the car for less than 10 days. What a disappointment. they don't back there product. It will cost me $150.00 to have the electronics analyzed, then my deductible of the warranty I purchased just 10 days ago with the car. thanks for the bad service Hertz. Guess i should check if its been reported stolen.

I reserved a pickup truck with them, they didn't have it available. I ended up having to get a moving van from somewhere else. It cost me $250 more a lot more in gas. F U Hertz

I've been trying to get my tags for the car for 11 months..... Yes 11 months! I've been driving around with a temp tag the whole time. I've called and emailed for updates but never get a reply.

Found a great deal on a used VW. The salesman, Jason, was wonderful to work with. Would recommend to anyone considering a used vehicle.

This place and it's sales staff are shady and will tell you anything to buy from them. I purchased a car in 2018, told I can purchase an extended warranty and if I have no major repairs, I will get a portion refunded at the expiration of the contract. Well it has expired and was told by Fedelity warranty that is not the case. If I did not rely on this outright lie, I would have never purchased the warranty. I also brought my daughter in and bought her a car a week later. Also bought the warranty as i was told the se lie by the same individual. My daughter was there, too. She heard it. I have called Hurtz several times, told to talk to a Don, but when I call he is not in, or in a meeting. What they did is fraud and I warn all others not to buy from here or rent from them. Shady practices and lack of even speaking to me or hear me out is unacceptable and I am taking it to public court and the Better Business Bureau, which they are not a part of. Shocking!

Daniel Summers and Savanna were great. Made the process of buying a car painless and easy. We bought a car here twice already and both times were wonderful experience.

This was our first time buying from Hertz. We had a great experience from start to finish. Margo and Julio are fantastic to work with. And Bruce details like a charm and would highly recommend buying from them. I would say this was our easiest car buying experience we have ever had. We love our new SUV!
