DRM Document Scanning & Shredding Services

Husband and I recently used DRM Document & Scanning Services in Canoga Park. Spoke to Mike earlier in the week and saw the positive reviews. Even though we had a shredding service closer to us decided to give DRM a shot. They did not disappoint. Called ahead - Mike wasn't there but he made sure Lymon would be on-site. Lymon helped unload 6 boxes of shredding. Were able to watch all docs being shredded. Easy experience, professional and affordable prices. Will definitely return! Thank you Mike and Lymon!

I rarely write reviews, but their service was Awesome/perfect. I called on Thursday and spoke to the receptionist about a pick up, She said I would have to speak to the owner and he was not in the office, but he checks in regularly. I left my number and within one hour he called. He was very nice on the phone and arranged a pickup at 315 on Monday afternoon. Monday morning he called to confirm. Monday afternoon their truck arrived on time, the driver was very polite. I showed him where my 54 boxes of files were and he began loading them. I bent over to help and he said "don't worry about it I got it, you can just relax I will have this done in about five minutes" so I walked in the house grabbed a glass of water walk back out and he was finished. It was really that easy. If I could give this business more than five stars I would. They called, they came on time, they did the job fast and correct and the price was very fair. four dollars per box. I wish I had more shredding to do.

I recently used DRM Document Scanning and Shredding to shred over 20 boxes of documents. From the beginning, Mike was very supportive and professional. He always made himself available to answer questions and address concerns. I will definitely use DRM again for all of my shredding and scanning needs!

Super friendly and professional service. I called and set up an appointment for the following day. The owner, Mike, came by personally and filled up his car before I could say “boxes”. I absolutely recommend their services and will be back for sure. Great company, great people.

This place is awesome if you have unwanted paper laying around the house. I had purchased a shredder and realized it was gonna take me forever to shred everything I had . Luckily I found this place , I emailed them and spoke to Mike , got an estimate and showed up . Service was awesome , nice guy named Abe helped me out and I was able to watch and he shredded my paper work.

Brought about 15 boxes worth of confidential papers and they shredded them all in front of me. It took about 10 minutes. They were very nice and the price was very reasonable. Next time we will bring files in for document scanning too. I didn't even know they offer the service but they've got a full crew day and night and that's all they do is document scanning to digital format. Our office is in Los Angeles and it's definitely worth the trip. They also do on-site shredding and pick up as well. Thanks guys see you next time for sure!!
