Dropping off my boxes of papers to be shredded could not have been easier. They took the boxes from the car and they went straight to the shredder after being weighed. I got to watch the shredding on a closed-circuit TV which was fun. It is also much less expensive than the UPS store -- 39 cents vs. a dollar.
Punctual, fast and efficient. Shred Time was respectful and quick. I had a vast amount of confidential client files to be shredded. They showed up and did the job with a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend this company.
I was looking to shred some old papers and found Shred Time. I called first and then stopped by. Friendly staff, Parking in front, waiting area with water dispenser and a large monitor to watch your papers being shredded. It met all my expectations. Located 1 block south of Century near Aviation.
I needed to shed a bunch of financial records from a house clearing. I wanted to witness them all being shredded and it was a fast, professional service.
Brought in a file box of paper and a smaller box of CDs/DVDs. We didn't quite meet the $20 minimum on the paper, but the DVDs were $54 for $74 total. Guess getting rid of antiquated storage isn't cheap, but it was nice to see everything destroyed via the waiting room TV. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely bring them additional items to dispose of in the future.
Great customer services. Explained everything to me, asked questions and turned my visit around quickly and professionally. Very easy to recommend!
hannah gave me excellent customer service. i watched on a tv as all my documents were shredded in less than 5 mins. i will definitely be coming back again.
You can watch your docs being shredded over a live remote camera. I brought in 2 full bankers boxes. Today I watched as an 8" x 11" item was removed from the shredder feed, and thrown on the floor behind the operator, during the feeding process. I questioned this before I paid and left, was told it was "trash" and was then shown a trash can with food packaging waste. I personally sorted through every item the day prior when I packed the boxes, and there was no " food container trash," only documents. Now I question the security of this process if the operator is selectively removing documents.I'm now upset that something with confidential info, that I went out of my way to destroy with live-shred, will be used for illegal purposes.
