Great customer service - everybody was super informative and helpful. Went in for a pre-employment test and it was in and out fast, maybe 10-15min. Highly recommend, will use again in the future if needed.

Great service. Extremely kind and informative staff. They take very personalized approach which I’ve never had being tested. Never thought a drug test could be a pleasant experience until now. Great people.

While the hours on the website state they close at 5:30, I arrived at 5:05 and the staff was already walking out of the office and stated they were closed! Horrible service even after I called to confirm they were in fact open until 5:30!!!!!

I arrived at 450pm, the staff was already gone despite hours stating they would be open until 530pm. This is highly unprofessional and people depend on accurate hours for their jobs.

Got there at 1:30,sign said back at 1:40 waited till 2 and they still weren’t back. Great place to waste your time
