Dry Cleaning Station

I have been using ProCare for my dry cleaning services since June. They have done a great job every week and always have friendly staff. Recently I ripped a pair of suit pants and was told by others that there was nothing they could do. Daniel at ProCare didn’t hesitate to offer to attempt to patch them for me. I switched to Pro Care about a year ago after the location of my job changed. I immediately noticed a difference in the quality of work with my clothes. It was like they were brand-new again. I have also been pleased with the sewing work that has been done. I am always treated well and my clothes are done on time. I highly recommend this cleaner.

This owner is not a nice man unless you are a current customer. I went in to talk to him about his business and was told he is very busy. I asked to schedule an appointment with him and he came out and asked me if I was a customer. I am not. Not yet. I wanted to find out if I wanted to be. He actually told me that if I was not a customer He would not talk to me. I will not be a customer there ever and I would never send anyone of my clients there. I have never been so insulted in my life!

Hard working people, very friendly, and an excellent product. Sun always seems like just a great guy, and is always humming a tune! It is a happy place to visit. I have come to really like all of the staff here very much, and they provide top notch cleaning services!

Warning to others: DISHONEST! I dropped of my sons beloved 3ft tall cookie monster to get cleaned while we were away on vacation. When I came back it to pick it up the eyes were severely damaged. The man had the gall to say they hadn't cleaned him he was covered in cleaning solution because they don't clean stuffed toys and that he had pictures to show the eyes looking like this from the time they received him - like that's not suspicious. I calmly told him that while I wasn't angry things happen after all that I too had about 30 pictures taken from the day I dropped him off 1st time parent clearly showing the eyes not damaged, and that obviously they had attempted to clean him. Rather then being honest about it he continued to lie to me about it. When I got home I realized the damage was even more extensive and that they had glued his eyes together. Clearly not an honest business - Don't take items you care about to these people.

Convenient, quality cleaning at affordable prices! Never had issues with them. Owner is honest and personable
