Unfortunately their dry cleaning machine tore the sleeve of a very expensive dress I had worn only once. That was unfortunate but worse was the attitude of the owner, Janet, who pretty much said "too bad, so sad". They offered to cut off the sleeves as a solution then proceeded to insist I pay full charges due for my dry cleaning and thought maybe I could get Nordstrom to reimburse me for the dress. I was clearly upset and they could have at the very least apologized or offered some token $20 off given the dress was worth $1200. I have never left a review before but I had to terminate my relationship with them and I suggest you do to.Service: Organic dry cleaning

“My numbers are rounded up”I went here and told the lady behind the counter that I was currently getting my slacks dry cleaning done for around $3.00 She quoted me around $6 for press. Said it would be cheaper $3.00 for wash and press at same time because it’s easier to do when the clothes are washed first so I said “perfect I like the price! When I came in today to pick up the pants she said I owed $13.00. I said that’s way different from what you quoted me! She replied “you must have miss understood me” Total BS! I flipped out because I hate it when I’m lied too. I paid because I need my pants- but told her I will never be back- Not like she cared at all to even try explain besides telling me she quoted me on shirts. I explained to her that I was looking for a better deal- She earned my business one time and never again, because of the price switch- My suggestion pay upfront so they can’t change the price on you. No prices visible so they can change it as they feel. Or another suggestion don’t go here. Reply to your comment— Don’t blame me for being confused - I walked in an asked you a very simple question- And if you were confused about what I said own up to it. How can you get “work pants / slacks” confused with shirt. Beginning with how much would it cost? No one on this review site knows what was said between the two of us. So it’s your word or mine that they will believe. Why would I tell you I’m looking for a better price, If you quoted more. Why would I even think about dropping off my clothes and pay more? You provided me no reason to pay more for the same services as the place down the street. Prices are clearly posted online for those shopping online. When you have someone walk in. They are not online. All this over $13 I know kind of ridiculous- and you never had the opportunity to tell me that you would adjust the price for the confusion, that’s another lie- You might have wanted to say that, but I did not give you the opportunity to say it. I don’t do business with people that tell me It was my fault. just don’t lie own up to your mistake. Oh by the way the place I do my dry cleaning at will have them done NEXT DAY not a week later.

They were extremely sweet and efficient! I brought my wedding dress, which they cleaned up for an exceptional price after complimenting me and my dress, alongside getting the sunscreen out of my husband's suit that I accidentally rubbed on him. Will definitely be coming back when I need more items dry cleaned!!

Moore's has been doing the laundry for my clinic for years and they are amazing! Amy and her crew run a tight ship and they always deliver for me. From wash-and-fold to dry cleaning, there is no other cleaner I would trust with my clothes or the laundry for my patients.

It’s been about 8 months or so that I’ve been bringing my clothes to Moore’s cleaners. they do a excellent job on the smaller details, if there’s a tear in one of my garments they notify me immediately. if I wanna do alterations or continue the cleaning, I appreciate them for taking the time to let me know. I inherited a vintage coat, with a fuzzy collar and it needed to be cleaned. Since there were no cleaning instruction tags attached to the coat I wasn't sure about how to clean it. Anyhow, I took the coat to Moore's Quality Cleaners and the nice lady there knew exactly how to clean it and assured me that they could clean it without sending it out. Which saved me money and the item was cleaned very well, and looks like brand new.

This place is the Best in town. The staffs are so helpful and great customer service. I have had our families suits, dresses, and shirts cleaned here! They have done a great job and mending a pants for me too. Above and beyond!

The staff is friendly and courteous. I've never had any issue with the service. I'm always pleased with my clothes. They're also bilingual, which is helpful. In addition to English, Spanish is also spoken.

They always take great care of my clothes, have a good attention to detail, and they even pick up and deliver.

Go here if you want shrunken clothes. Like pants turned into capris. Terrible.
