While in this Duane Reade we spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to respond to our requests for assistance to purchase razors. When I approached someone to get help he said he didn't have theory. I asked who did his response was I don't. We took that as our cue and left without buying anything. Don't waste your time here in the store where customer service doesn't exist.
Very disappointment pharmacy, they always use to put on hold for more then 15 minutes, even can't take calls they should make their call center make effective not very ill for callers. after 15mins call disconnects.
How in the world does it take over an hour of waiting to speak to someone in the pharmacy? I was waiting for 27 mins with one caller ahead of me, then they hung up the call. I called back and have been on hold now for over 40 mins with 2 callers ahead of me. How is this even possible?!
The pharmacy staff is the most unbelievably incompetent staff I have ever encountered in any business. I would rather stand against a wall and ask pedestrians to fling syringes at me than get a shot here. Your appointments mean nothing, the staff has no idea what they are doing or likely even where they are, and you will get 5 different answers from 8 different people. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Going to a taco bell for your medical needs would be superior to this place.
Absolute worst pharmacy staff and professionalism I've ever experienfed. The one on 14th st and 7th ave in nyc. Pharmacists don't know what they're doing., and overall a poorly run shop. Highly suggest to stay away
I spoke with the pharmacist who was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. He would not explain anything and talked over me and cut me off three times then hung up on me when I yelled at him. I called back to get his name to formally complain and got another arrogant woman who needed to tell me I how I should be denying my feelings. I will have nothing more to do with Walgreens Duane Reade from here on.
This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve gotten over a dozen prescriptions filled here and I have yet to successfully fill a single prescription without a problem. They forget to log scripts, forget to fill out of stock scripts once finally in stock, and they’ve lost scripts. I waste over an hour every month dealing with some failure on there part, without even including wait time to actually fill the prescription. Don’t get your prescriptions filled here.
This is the worst pharmacy. -Medications are never ready on time -Hours to talk to someone on the phone only to be disconnected -Website doesn't tell you if a prescription cannot be filled, it just says to pick up in 2 hours. -Pharmacist is not helpful in anyway and every time I am there he is overwhelmed. No customer service skills at all
Absolutely horrendous and hideous staff and service! I have lived next to this store for over a year and have NEVER been treated so terribly by a pharmacy and staff! Yes, they have staff but good luck getting any help. Pharmacy operates like mad men to do the work that should have been 2nd and 3rd shifts. Be prepared to wait, to have their systems not work, to be billed the wrong amounts, to have their credit card auto payment not work, and management that cannot do anything. I feel sorry for the head pharmacist that cleans up the mess and has to work there everyday!
i went to the pharmacy there, and although my prescription hadn’t been sent in they were able to fill it while i was there! the pharmacists were very sweet and helpful. the security guard is a bit much however and follows you around
