The workers here, including the store manager are completely useless. They didn't even know how to ring up an OMNY card! They are selling a huge stack of them on the shelf but can't ring up a single one. Amazing.

I am very fond of this store, it is also true is very close to me, but be that as it may, the prices are quite fair and the staff is very kind. I am not saying all of their stores are that good, but this one really is. I also appreciate the pieces of advice by the staff, suggesting products that can equally help in some situations, yet much cheaper. I like the place.

Didn't add the deals advertised so had to pay full price. Also given wrong reciept so could not confirm until i had reached home via banking app. Appalling

I had an amazing experience at this Walgreens location a few days ago Thursday I believe with a group of my friends around 5 PM ! One of the employees named Zennor if I remember correctly was one of the kindest employees I’ve met ! She gave me a little bag of skin care samples and helped me choosing a skin care serum for my eczema and acne scarring. Everything she chose has helped my skin so much ! When I have the time I will definitely come back and pick up the full version of the skin care samples she gave me ! If you come by, look for Zennor, she knows her stuff and will usually hang upstairs by the skin and makeup session ! But I definitely believe Miss Zennor should get a promotion because she knows her stuff, is engaging, and is kind. The cashier downstairs was also a lovely lady. Everyone in general was just so kind ! Overall the vibes were so positive and made my day better than it already was !

Worst customer service experience ever! The cashier was polite and helpful however manager on duty was very rude. The manager was standing in one of the aisles so I asked him where an item was located in the store and he helped me to it. But, when I asked him about another item the first thing he did was to roll his eyes. I ignored him and walked to the register to pay for the items. After paying for the items I asked the cashier if I could use the restrooms and he gladly walked me to the 2nd floor. We found the manager on the second floor and the cashier immediately informed him that he was taking me to the restroom and at that point the manager looked at me and said "you again!". I didn't respond to his comment and continued to the restroom.

The pharmacy is open Monday - Friday at 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Pharmacy is closed on Saturday and Sunday. This place is clean, bright lights, variety of snacks, health products, long lines that go fast when they have enough cashiers open 24 hours, filled with tourists, no self check-out, and sell cigarettes vapor or electronic cigarette products, home cleaning products and magazines and shampoo, body wash, aspirin and lotions. Great place if you work in midtown and need to get a few items before you get back home.

This Duane Reade is only good for essentials. No ready made food section, no good deals and the service is ok at best.

It is big and clean and they had what we needed. The staff was eager to help and I will definitely go back.

Convenient. Well stocked.

Employees were rude and completely disrespectful. I couldn’t ask a question without being answered with attitude.
