Aveda Store

I was casually walking by the Aveda inside the Time Warner center when I decided to go inside. I was immediate greeted by a very pleasant and smiley representative named Rosa , and I automatically felt welcomed despite of being with my toddler in a stroller who was crying at the time of entrance. She made us feel welcomed both and she was so knowledgeable of what I exactly needed to achieve the hair texture I was looking for. She never forced a purchase and even recommended I sample a new product. If I owned a business I would want more representatives of the brand like Rosa. Thanks again for your much needed politeness and help. Will definitely visit again.

Rosa is one the best staff i have met in NYC. She is very helpful and very knowledgeable with all the products. And also gave me a lot of tips of how to take care of the hair. Happy holiday to rosa and all of u who sees the review!

I have been at this aveda location a few times and the customer service is always amazing. Today, Rosa helped me select a shampoo and deep conditioner for my afro hair given that the one I have been using dry remedy has unfortunately been discontinued. Rosa was welcoming and knew the products very well. She also offered sample size lotions to try.

The service is just annoying. I dun even know this word can be used to describe a service. The thing is, once you ordered something from it, nothing you can do even if you cannot receive it more than a week and the customer service will politely let you know you see things are shown here on the information we sent you together with tons of rubbish promotions in the way that are you blind? Stay away with this awful brand to keep yourself from troubles

I keep returning to the Time Warner location of Aveda because of a wonderful first encounter with Rosa, who aimed me toward the hair care products that I wanted/needed. Samples of variant grooming products led me to try new things and realize my needs for different products on different days. All leading to new purchases. She's a positive spirit who listens. Shopping is a pleasure there because of her.

We are regulars to this Aveda location, but this is the first time I truly wanted to leave a review about the impeccable service that Rosa gave me and my daughter over the weekend. We stopped by to see if they had the travel size bottles of the shampoo and conditioner my daughter uses so she could bring them to swim class. Unfortunately, the brand doesn't carry them in travel sizes. Rosa then asked my daughter about the texture of her hair and recommended travel sizes of a different type of shampoo and conditioner that would be good for her hair type. She took the time to tell us the difference between the different types of shampoos and conditioners and we found her advice really helpful. Thank you, Rosa!

And it was great to meet Roberto. It’s nice to know Aveda hires truly wonderful people with highly professional customer service abilities. I hope Aveda treats these people at this little shop as well as they treat their customers! Thank you Aveda! I also just got my haircut today at Scott J on UES with Jada, who I’ve been with for probably 5 years. She is great, as was Grace, before she moved back to Colorado. My family in Texas are also Aveda loyalists.

I visited Aveda Colmbus Circle a few weeks ago and had a lovely and speedy experience. I called before arriving and one of the members, Ivan, put the item I wanted on hold for me. He attended to me as soon as I walked through the door, recommended a few other products that might suit my hair type, and rang me up at the register with no wait time. He is a gem. They all also had a warm and kind disposition about them. Side note: the item I bought -- the Smooth Infusion Nourishing Styling Creme -- works wonders to tame frizz! I'm interested in trying more items across the brand and I see myself returning to this particular Aveda site.

Let me just start off by saying wow wow wow . What a great experience I had last week when visiting the store . Rosa is such a sweet and helpful person . Just knew exactly everything I need for my hair and I am so happy with my results . Thanks Rosa .

I visited the Aveda store at the Columbus Circle shops for the first time and Taylor was such an amazing help! She was so insightful about the products that were a better fit for my hair and the end results I want to achieve. Over all amazing customer service and knowledgeable about all products.
