Duane Reade

This is my go to place in the neighborhood. They are very kid friendly and anytime I have any issues they accommodate me. Photo orders are always done quick and it’s always clean inside.

Very spacious but pricey.

Stand in line for 20 minutes employees constantly talking to each other instead of paying attention to customer store lacks customer service and products that I need. Won’t come back to store every again rather walk another 6 blocks than come here. Never been treated with such disrespect in my life. CLOSE DOWN STORE IMMEDIATELY

This storage is large with a wide selection spread over two floors. The cashiers weren't sure where all of their items could be found, which send me on a bit of a wild goose chase.

This is literally the worst Duane reade when it comes to checking out. They never have enough people on the registers. Usually I walk 2 blocks further to go to CVS where they have self checkout and people to help. This is NYC people want to be in and out!!!

Rudest staff. I don’t think in my handful of visits I’ve ever gotten a hello back from cashiers. They continue talking amongst themselves without acknowledging customers.

No restrooms. You guys are Walgreens now. Time to act like it.
