pharmacy and employees are actually useless had to start picking up my prescriptions elsewhere because there was an issue every time I went in to pick something up

RUDE, RUDEIEST, RUDENESS are what I get whenever I ask a simple question to the staff at this location. I work down the street from this location and sometimes I will walk a little further to another Duane Reade store to avoid the attitudes I get here.

Manager was very rude...when I told him the price that was ran up was different from display...he kept saying the price in the system was correct, then do your job and correct it don't give me attitude. Remember, the customer is always right! Will never go back to this store, avoid yourself the headache.

Always pick up my meds here, pharmacists and pharmacy staff are friendly, smooth operation, hardly or no waiting time. Only delays I've ever experienced are because of doctor's office taking their time to confirm my prescriptions., of which I am being kept in the loop by phone message.

The Worker's Are Friendly And They Keep The Store Nice And Clean

Wrong price on the products . I bought 5-6 products and one beauty cream that I was billed for was missing . I checked my shopping bag when I was already home 50 miles away from the City I was very disappointed. I believe they did that on purpose!!! Thieves...
