Refused to accept a Fedex dropoff despite clear directions on Walgreen's and Fedex's websites. Rude and condescending.
Pharmacy never has medications ready. Constant response is "just wait 20 min". Takes multiple visits a day to get the prescription.
Great store, pharmacy staff is the best. They're very helpfull especially during this pandemic. The only downfall is not being able to get thru by phone. Lately calls stay on hold for more than 25 minutes. Pharmacy needs additional staff or a better phone system.
Duane Reade has everything a drugstore should have..great customer service..excellent pharmacy..easy to shop through the store.
