This pharmacy has given me a hard time over and over. Missing parts of my prescription, telling me insurance doesn’t cover things after I’ve confirmed it does. I’ve had my doctors call them and an employee argued with them. They take hours to fill prescriptions and don’t answer the phone. Seriously, this place needs to be evaluated.
This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve visited. I made an appointment online to receive my flu vaccine as well as my updated booster vaccine. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time to check-in at the pharmacy. After checking in is where the visit started to go downhill. I waited for 40 minutes past my appt time without being seen. There was no one else waiting for vaccine appointments and no one was visiting the counter to pick up any prescriptions. I asked the pharmacy tech how much longer it would be and no one could provide me with an answer. Finally, the pharmacist calls me to the counter to let me know they lost my vaccine card during the check-in process. After waiting for almost 45 minutes I finally got my vaccines. This entire experience was terrible. I highly recommend visiting another location if possible.
I was told to pick up my prescription on Wednesday and they would hold it for 5 more days. When I came on Monday they said they had shelved it and the prescription was on back order. I understand there have been medication shortages, but as someone who needs my medication every day, I found it very disheartening that they didn’t hold my medication for 5 days like they told me they would. I understand there is nothing that can be done now, but I wish they would have at least apologized for misinforming me on how long they’d hold the prescription. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for a year now and most of my experiences are positive, which is why this is 3 stars. But the way they acted like they couldn’t be bothered and it was my fault for not picking it up sooner even though I showed them the text that said they’d hold it for 5 more days Aka the day I showed up! really upset me. I should be able to trust my pharmacy is being honest with me when it says I have X many days to pick up the medication
They do not answer phone calls at the pharmacy and you'll be on hold for hours without an answer. You'll waste your day waiting for someone to take your call, and then end up being hung-up on. After waiting for 30 min on hold, the pharmacist accidentally put me off-hold and I heard her talking briefly about another customer, then immediately she put me back on hold after 5 seconds. Go elsewhere if you can.
Used to be good when it was a Duane Readr. NOW is Walgreens and the inventory is very limited, most things are locked so you have to wait for a service rep to purchase. Waited an hour for a flu shot, even with appointment. Then they tried to charge me $60. It's free everywhere else.
this was a bad place , i went there to get my sick son a medicine and they were out it was life threatening and they didn’t have it. i am disappointed that there was no theraflu as a mother this is disappointing
Don't go here to get deodorant. They have them all locked up and you have to press the customer service button but nobody will show up to help you.
Restock is slow but staff is always very kind and helpful.
Does this place have a manager? Staff doesn’t seem to know that they should be working. Second time here and no one addressed me while being next in line. They were just gossiping while I waited in silence. Then they just pointed at me and did not say anything to me except have a nice day. Lousy customer service.
I didn't feel comfortable. I was followed around the store by one of the workers and it gave off a racist vibe to me. They kept watching me and there were other people shopping who were white ethnicity looking and yet they didn't get followed around like I did. I wasn't dressed bummy or anything as I like to keep myself looking neat. Plus this is winter so everyone is wearing masks, hats, and jackets during this time. I wasn't acting suspicious, just browsing the isles taking mental note of what the store had while waiting to get my covid shot. They always have a good selection of items if the family dollar near by doesn't have what you need. I typically come here often but I've never felt as uncomfortable as I did when this employee basically stalked the only minority looking person in the store while there were other people shopping. She followed me into EVERY isle which can't be a coincidence because she also kept looking at me while pretending to do something like playing with an object on the shelf. White looking, thicker woman around 5ftish in height working around 12pm 2/3/22.
