Dubina Brewing

Not as well known as some other Phoenix area breweries. The staff is fairly friendly, and they have a lot of seating space, so that usually isn't an issue. Beers are solid for the most part. Some decent IPA efforts, and when their barrel aged stuff is available it is nice. Some experimentation with kettle soured beers, which are interesting. The mango sour was likely the best of the recent round of experimentation in this field. Often something new on tap, so good for occasional off the beaten path visit.

This craft beer bar is under new ownership. My experience today was Soooo much better than visit in the past. The beer variety of beer my group tasted was very refreshing and a wide variety. I look forward to the future of this bar/brand under this ownership. Cheers!!!!!

Great local place owned by a local family. I had the BBQ cheddar burger served on a pretzel bun. The burger was hand pressed and quite tasty. The pretzel bun was heavenly. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Got a flight and the cheese + bacon brat with fries. The brat and pretzel bun were absolutely out of this world. Beer was pretty good, with a couple of sours on tap. Two standouts were the blood orange ipa and the fall maple was absolutely delicious. If you get the chance to try it, do it. Maple over everything.

If you're in the area, you gotta stop by Dubina Brewery ! They got good beers with amazing staff. I ordered nachos but didn't know it had gorgonzola cheese on it... looked great, just not a fan of gorganzola. BUT, staff overheard me saying I wasn't a fan of gorgonzola and brought me nachos with beer cheese !! How awesome.
