Duff Spring did suspension and driveline restoration on a high-performance custom truck for me, when other shops refused to work on a non-stock vehicle. An unforseen problem arose, and the owner, Frank Duff, did not hesitate to do everything necessary to correct the issue. This speaks highly to their integrity and professionalism. Absolute hacks. Not only didn’t they fix my daughters car, but charged her $830 to tell her to take it to a dealer. Wouldn’t take my calls when I called to inquire about this ridiculousness. You’ve been warned.

10/2022 Good, fast & honest spring shop. First time using Duff & went there simply bc they’re close by my work & had good reviews. Had brought my Tundra in for a snapped leaf spring, but discovered they do exhaust work too, fortunately, as I had several issues I’d been putting off that were worsening. They got everything diagnosed & fixed solid within a day. Despite costs being up everywhere these days, they were instead Very reasonably priced. Also a friendly atmosphere The owner Frank was a consummate gentleman. One of those local places you can just sense they’re trustworthy & know their business real well.. If I need this kind of auto work again in the Boston area I’m glad I have a go-to place now.

I first used Duff Spring back in the 90s when I snapped a rear leaf spring on my pickup. Recently Frank and his guys installed a lift kit on my Toyota and repaired a corroded and broken bracket on my F450. The last repair was somewhat complex and they did a great job.. These guys have been around for a long time and with good reason. They are professional, courteous, honest and most importantly they know what they are doing. Frank is a straight shooter who knows his business. If you've been around you know that's the exception not the rule.

They added some extra leaf springs to my work van so that it could handle more weight. They had all parts in stock, work was completed in one day and pricing was very reasonable. Absolutely would recommend them!

Had my 2014 BMW pads and rotors replaced. Frank did a great job at a great price. I will be using them in the future for any of my needs. Highly recommended.

Felt like I got taken advantage of and ripped off here. Came in for a brake pad check, and paid for a leak in brake line and a sensor replacement that cost $500+. After sensor wasn't installed, told he would do it for cost and not labor since it was quick fix. He charged $80 for the sensor which I know costs $11.
