My car towing was arranged by my insurance company from an auto shop to my home. My car arrived with scratches across the front bumper and after over three weeks of trying to discuss this, there has been no progress made. We were sent a towing invoice obviously not signed by us as if this was the answer to them damaging our vehicle and despite photos from the auto shop showing no damage before the tow, supervisors from the company have refused any additional contact with us to date.Service: Car towing

Really good experience with Dugger's. They arrived within the window of time I was given, and the guy who showed up was friendly. While the car was being pulled onto the tow truck there was a minor mishap and a little bit of the paint on the bottom edge of the front bumper got scraped. Jason at Dugger's was really helpful. He immediately arranged for me to go have the paint touched up and he didn't involve me with the payment process in any way. My roadside assistant was Chris. He was AMAZING!!!!! I was expecting a grumpy dude and what I got was an incredibly wonderful and helpful person. He was polite and very timely!! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!!!Service: Tire change

Worse customer service ever! Called my insurance’s roadside assistance service at 1130 for a tow, was told it would be 2 hours. 2 hours goes by and I call to check my status and was told 2 more hours. That 2 hours goes by and I call to check my status again. This time I am rudely told 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. I call again at 4:45 and am told the truck is 15 minutes out. I explained that the garage they are towing me to will be closed by then and would like to postpone until tomorrow. I am rudely told they cant do that and hung up on. I’ve gotten towed by Duggers a few times now. Every time they are fast and reliable. The tow drivers are very friendly and usually have the car loaded in minutes. They handled my vehicles with care as well. The people who answer the calls are always super nice and helpful too! I would recommend this place to anyone. Super A+Services: Car towing

After a 45 min wait James showed up. He was unprofessional, not well put together and more importantly did not put our spare on. He mentioned he only gets 10 bucks to change the tire and referred me to a tow company.Service: Tire change

These guys were so helpful. I was assigned them via USAA roadside assistance and they showed up promptly. They knew what they were doing and got the job done right and quickly. Also, I’d like to give a shout-out to Mike the truck driver. He was super friendly and went above and beyond to help me make the best of a bad situation. Thanks, Mike!

The first lady I spoke to was very nice and let me know they’re busy and that it would take about two hours for the tow truck driver to be available. No biggie as my appointment was at 11:00 am and I called about 8:45 am. Two hours go by I give them a call just to check in and the new lady doesn’t ask my name or for the address where the pick up is and just says it’s going to take an hour. Well another hour passes, I decide to call again, and she once again tells me it’ll be another hour and can’t tell me how many people are ahead of me. I don’t know if I was ever in the queue. Their customer service is awful, I finally gave up and scheduled with a different company. When I went to cancel my tow she didn’t take down any of my appointment information. It was a terrible experience. I will never use their services ever.Service: Car towing

I had a nightmare experience with another roadside service company NOT DUGGER'S. Insurance finally sent someone from Duggar's and I was so happy with them. Their communication was excellent. They kept me informed at every step of the way. The technician that arrived was knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. 100/10 would recommend them!Service: Car lockouts
