Best in the business.. great staff.

I dropped my car off to have a hitch and wiring installed. Went to pick it up and noticed a hole approx3/16" drilled right through the rear quarter panel of my car. I didn't remember having a hole in my car so I asked about it. The guy went inside to find out, came out and said the installer drilled in the wrong place for a ground wire! This is supposedly their best installer! Now I have to file a claim through their insurance company and hope they pay for the damage. Time will tell if they also pay for a rental car for the time the car is in the body shop. Would not recommend this establishment.

abosoulultly wasted my time, money and had no respect or customer service very rude. can't do there jobs properly and it caost me over 200$ and absolutely wasted my inter day they had me install a four-prong plug for the trailer on my truck still wouldn't rent me the trailer because I didn't have a tow package just a bumper ball offered me a smaller trailer and when it came down to it didn't ask if I wanted the smaller trailer and just refunded me my money for the trailer that won't be on my card for a few days. this should have been checked for before charging my card cause now I can't Evan rent a truck to move my stuff till the money I've already gave uhaul gets deposited back on my card.

I had a wonderful experience with the company and reason complaints. The van was nice and did the job. Retuned it cleaned.

I had a storage here for almost 2 years. Never had an issue with the staff. And even when I moved out - about 2 weeks ago; staff was helpful and office, parking lot and storage area was clean. Aside from my storage unit, I have rented a truck twice with no issues. I get what others have said about no one in the office; i just figure they are busy. It is a busy location. 5 stars for in person and over the phone help.

Do not use u-haul. They're very rude no empathy and lie to you on the phone. My whole family got the covid-19 and had to go under quarantine two days after we rented the truck period they kept taking the money out of my account and would not stop. I finally closed the account and they came and took the truck with all my belongings please for no help as well. I've used them 40-50 times and felt very disrespected not appreciated and no empathy. Watch our local news we were interviewed for a story on this situation

When I came in it took 5 minutes for an associate to come the front desk the lobby no one was watching the lobby even though no one was there. When getting assistance the associate seemed distracted with his phone. Until he saw I noticed he was not too friendly. But by the end of the transaction we made good coveration it was quick and I was onand out.

Truck was as promised but the no touch deliver is only a promise. You have to go inside and wait in line to get the keys. I waited maybe almost 10 minutes behind a man who did not have a mask. There was an employee as well behind the desk for a moment without a mask. I expected the additional items that I ordered to be inside the truck for the touch free delivery. Did not get any of them. Four stars is more than they should get.

Very kind and willing to work with us. We initially came in looking for a 10 footer and they didn't have one available. Disappointed, we thought we needed to go to another Branch but they were willing to give us a 15 footer for same price. Very much recommend this branch.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Danny was able to help me finish installing my trailer hitch on my Crosstrek when I didn't have the correct torque wrench needed. Really appreciate the help!
