Duke City Floral

I purchased flowers for my Mother's funeral and the floral arrangement is entitled "Sympathy Cross " it was so beautiful. My family was really impressed . I would like to recommend Duke City flowers to all my family and friends. I would also have to mention the customer service was very friendly and helpful.

Was very pleased with the quality and service of Duke City Floral. I had an ordered an arrangement for my mothers funeral and got so many compliments on the flowers. They provided great service with the delivery and setting up of the flowers. The ladies at the shop were so nice and personable. I even had to make some last minute additions to my order and they did it with no hesitation. I was very happy I went with them and I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I called Duke City to order some flowers for a friend. Michelle was so helpful. Their website shows some beautiful arrangements and I chose one. She was good to tell me they would make some substitutions due to shortages of flowers. The arrangement was spectacular! Even better than the picture! And to get them delivered the same day, was priceless!

So easy to order and they were very polite. They went out of my way to get the flowers delivered on the day of a big snow storm. The final bouquet was beautiful and my friend loved it.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Went above and beyond with a same day delivery after a botched delivery with a "national brand" I called 4 other local florist- one of which literally laughed when I asked about a same day delivery it was noon Brian heard what had happened and said I will take care of this for you. Not only was his customer service beyond amazing.. The arrangement was so beautiful. My mother in law was moved to tears by his kindness and talent. After hearing the ridiculous run around from the national brand and then the lack of empathy from the other local florists that I contacted for help- when I told her about Brian, she said with a smile- there are still good people in this world. I HIGHLY recommend Duke City Floral and will never use anyone else.

I love this florist!! I live in Colorado but have family in Albuquerque. I have been looking for a local florist for those special occasions, ie: birthdays and mothers day, for a few years. Sadly I was in town for a funeral. I needed flowers and this florist was down the street. PERFECT! The moment my son and I walked in we were treated like valued customers. Everyone sympathized and we found an already prepared, beautiful arragement. That was our first visit. My second interaction was just as amazing! I had to call in an order for delivery, sadly for another death. Claudia was personable and you would have thought she knew who I was! I called a few minutes before they were closing and she spent probably 20 to 25 minutes with me on the phone getting to know me as a person, also sympathizing with sweet, encouraging words. All the while she acquired the information she needed to make the most beautiful arrangement for me to have delivered the next day. The arrangement that was sent was gorgeous and I couldn't be happier to have found Duke City Floral! Prices are reasonable, delivery arrangements start at $64.95+ tax and delivery. Best flower shop in Albuquerque, and best I’ve ever worked with. They are super helpful whether in person or over the phone, especially for someone like me ordering flowers for others without knowing quite what to get. The arrangements are always beautiful and well received, convenient delivery, the owners/staff are always friendly and helpful.

We needed an arrangement for a memorial service and chose them because we like to support local businesses when possible. Wow ! What a beautiful arrangement, they listened to what we wanted and gave us a beautiful arrangement that exceeded our expectations.
