My Mom and I received a beautiful Christmas arrangement from a family member in Chicago on Wednesday, Dec. 21st. The driver was so friendly and the arrangement was absolutely the most beautiful arrangement we have ever received. We HIGHLY recommend Balloons and Blooms for all occasions. We will be using this florist from now on. Thank you to all the staff for the wonderful artists you are and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

What got delivered is a LOT more greens and a LOT less flowers compared to what I ordered from the website two images shown here. The manager ? agrees the photo is misleading wow, couldn't believe he said that! and that is because it is "JUST A STOCK PHOTO." Ha. Just a stock photo! Is People's Flowers selling arrangements best described as Sorta Kinda Might Look Like This, But Not Really Because This is a Stock Photo of Some Other Arrangement? It Was Delivered On Time, though, and that's good. He did not "refund" me, he gave me a small discount. There's a significant difference between refund implying the complete cost??? and a discount a partial refund.

I am very disappointed, I ordered a Deluxe Fruti and Cheese basket and they delivered just this in the pic. I missed 2 cheese and another box. I talked to someone and they told me that they would make another delivery with the things that were missing tomorrow. I hope they keep their word. After that I received a call again They told me that they replaced the 4 cheeses with two large ones in my order. : still I not happy with the answer. They should update the picture on the website.

I couldn't be happier with Peoples Flowers! The flowers are always fresh and beautiful and they last a long time! The delivery is always as expected, and they have given me a call or text for instructions when they have delivered and found no one at home. On my last order I wanted to make a change. I emailed Peoples and they happily made the requested changed to my order before delivering. They definitely have the best quality flowers and best customer service in the Albuquerque area.

Everyone was great. They made a really difficult situation a little easier for my family and I. We went in and ordered flowers for my husband's memorial service. Thank you so much! They did a beautiful job on all of the arrangements that we chose and had Chicago Bears color scheme. Thank you!!

I ordered a "designer's choice" arrangement to celebrate a business occasion and followed up with a call to ask them to include a particular color. We picked up our arrangement, which was ready when promised, and it was fresh and beautiful. I am completely satisfied.

People’s florist stepped up to the plate! I had bad experiences with other florists in Albuquerque. People’s florist prepared a beautiful bouquet of roses for my granddaughter at the last minute and I’m impressed and will continue to request flowers from them!! Shop here you won’t be disappointed!

After a death win the family, Abby at the Candelaria location was just wonderful in helping to get 2 dozen white roses to the Central location so we could pick them up and I could get the wreath I was making finished in time. Thank you Abby!

delivered my mom beautiful flowers the friday before mother's day and she absolutely loved it so much! a bit pricey but I did decide to splurge on the nicer flowers. one of my favorite things about this shop is that you can go inside and pick one flower at a time to build your own bouquet! I’d definitely recommend.
