Stacy's Hallmark Shop

My friend had a 9.00 coupon to use at a Hallmark Store. What they don't tell you is it's not good on all products. The first employee we spoke with was very nice and friendly. The other employee that we spoke with and finally checked out with was not at all friendly, didn't say thank you, or have a nice day, or anything similar. Will never go back because of her!!!!!

The name of these alb stores is fitting "karens" .I have shopped at these stores for years and years and years for gifts for church or teachers or pretty much any formal gift giving and they have made shopping there unpleasant and offensive and have serious attitude problems .one time I was looking for a gift I was followed ended up ignoring her and still buying the gift but I was so offended.then I bought another 100 dollar gift and asked if I could exchange it and they made that impossible and I have a handful of more stories but I will just finish with I will go to hobby lobby or the mall from now on they made it weird and unfriendly and complicated my friends even noticed and will be following. the ladies in both stores need to change their attitude and feel blessed they have job and not so angry everyday.

Helpful staff but mom had a walker and had hard time going thru isles.

They have a wide selection of cards....even for last-minute shoppers like me!

One lady that works there was super rude judging me on how looked . I have money. Just because the way I look I was being followed. I asked a few questions and it's like everytime I was being shot down as of they didn't want my business. I went to the post office area and the that one lady was STILL following me. Made me feel super uncomfortable. Couldn't even take my money. I will not be returning ever again.

Love Hallmark and was happy to find one close to home. Before I would travel to the Cottonwood Mall. Took a while to get someone to check me out or I would give 5 stars!

Ladies working there are so friendly and sweet. Having worked retail for many years it is hard to find great customer service friendly people. I wish more places have employee like these ladies working.

Sometimes less is more. I understand the holidays are a profitable time, but there is so much merchandise there's barely room for customers - and sadly, not enough staff to answer questions either.

These Hallmark stores are awesome! I love all the card selections. And the year round Christmas decorations. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I wish that stupid internet shopping sights didn’t run stores like this out of business.
