Worst customer service ever. Bought two sweatshirts in September and husband also bought two. Spent $200. No dressing room to try on so when I got home to Ohio one was way too big. Back in ABQ this week, have sweatshirt with tag and copy of receipt on my phone. Wanted to get a smaller size. I did not want a refund just a smaller size. Clerk refused and said only a manager could exchange it. I explained I lived in Ohio. I asked for manager phone number and he said I would have to come back next day. Just called there for a manager, managers day off and the same rude clerk refused to give me his phone number. Said try tomorrow but we are flying home. I won’t shop there again!!!!

They have lots of lobo gear plus other cool new mexico goodies. Bought me 2 lobo shirts. Great customer service as well as fair prices.

First stop for picking out Christmas presents. Great selection and prices on branded merch. Always helpful and friendly service.

As we looked at mech not once did they ask if we needed assistance. Both guys at the store were too busy having a personal conversation. When charged for a jacket was told all the prices were more than the sticker. Seem shady.
