Only champs store I go to. The staff is always helpful. The manager now ducks out when he sees me coming after I had a few conversations about employment for my son. I thought it was good conversation and he's always looked out for us so I don't know. I just talk with other staff and no longer bother him. I think he's a good dude tho no hard feelings at all. The store always has a good vibe plenty of employees to help customers always good stock and sale items. Best champs in ABQ

I went in on a very busy day and was helped by Randy once I started looking at shoes. Once he knew my size and which type I was interested in, he immediately began to show me all the available options and stand by while I made my mind up. I looked at several different options and tried on several different shoes, without even once having Randy show any sign of impatience... he was patient, polite professional, and best of all quick. He got each and every shoe I wanted to try in the size I requested with quickness! And he also prepared each and every single one for me to try on by removing any stuffing, loosing the laces, and pulling the toungue out before handing me the shoe! Once I made up my mind he walked me to the register and let me know the cashier would help me with ringing up my shoes. He thanked me and wished me a great day. My experience was so good, and the shoes I got were so well priced, that I went home and told a family member whom I ended up taking right over to buy an additional pair the same evening!!! I definitely recommend this store not only for good quality well priced shoes, but for the excellent service and other clothing and sport accessories they carry!!!

They never want to make a sale. Rude staff, didn’t let me try on the shoes, she said we are only taking cash and then took the shoes back. Will never be back. Store sucks, they never check for my size and refuse to help customers. Worst service ever, I don’t know how this store is still open

I went into champs with the intention of purchasing shoes but they did not have the shoes i wanted in my size. The staff was dope and helpful though which made it a good experience

Was not allowed to go in store @ 747 to buy shoes it was girl with curly hair standing at the door I guess Il take my money to shoe palace

Nice place to get shoes. But the employees sure know how to bug you while youre just trying to look for some shoes.

A good place to find brand's. Possibly shoes clothes a great place to find anything in the category.

Ran into a rude worker but the maker was great and I believe he’ll take care of it.
