Best experience ever! So incredibly accommodating! I showed up with my 2 girls on bicycles, and we had a flat tire. We purchased a patch kit, and Lexie & Celene at this store supplied us with everything we needed to get back on the road. With their help, we fixed the flat right there in the store! It was the best customer service I've ever experienced. Highly recommend this location! Lexie and Celene are amazing!!!
I was going to get 4 stars because the merchandise thing is well done although the store is rather straightforward anyways but but merchandising is very important for helping customers find what they're looking for as well I was making sure you move the product you're hoping to move out the door period of the store has done it very well and on top of that they I have great brands great sales I sales I was able to find a shotgun for under $200 before tax and fees I then fees I found some of my favorites Brands in the soccer area I don't know a lot about disk golf but noticed that they have a huge golf and dis golf area which seems to be very popular. If I was greeted on the way in or on the way out or when I was asking questions by asking questions by the, very knowledgeable, as, associate I would Definitely give 4 stars however I wasn't greeted and when I was speaking to the associate although they were knowledgeable on what I spoke about they seem to be Almost annoyed that I was asking them questions and that they could not go back to the cash wrap AKA The counter In the front where the other associates your associates or managers were not sure what they were did not see name tags displayed or things like that and when I asked about the one sale that I was curious about I was told I'm not sure I think maybe tomorrow or the next day ... You can probably look on the website? I wanted to say can't you find out for me? However this new attitude by this new generation and even Others who are older and should be better role modelsSeems to be an attitude of what do you want? As if they have forgotten that the customer is the reason they have a job at all and without us and our money And interest the company would have no need for them for money to pay them.. So it's a little bit mine boggling for me That people get a job in customer service so I don't want to practice customer service. Ano there's a huge problem with it and something you won't hear but this is why so often though often these stores are mystery shops which is a shopper that comes in to secretly grade the store normally once a month. But the reason for The customer service being so important not only because it's the reason one has a job at the establishment, but for the company it is because as this is 1 of the if not the largest deterrent for for inventory control issues AKA theft.. If someone is left alone in a store it is the statistically shown that they are far greater to be able to not only try but successfully shopped lyft whereas someone who isSimply greeted on the way in is made aware that is it aware that someone knows thereIn the store, then occasionally checking on them also does not give them the Confidence that comes with when no one is watching you or talking to you but standing around the register telling jokes to each other. In my opinion this just is bad all around You're losing sales you're possibly losing a customer and future sales and you're also creating A perception of yourself for others that is not good But reflects on all of the coworkers.
Don't trust the hours posted here...they are not open as late as this suggests. Disappointing that they wouldn't update their listing...
Horrific customer service, with the exception of one employee, Jonathan. Came into the store and there were no other customers. Two female employees were talking at the front counter. They saw us at another counter waiting for service and did nothing. One of them even walked past us into the employee back room, and never acknowledged us at all or offered to help. After waiting for ten minutes, I finally asked one of them for help. She sighed and got Jonathan to assist us. He was great. I will never shop at this location again.
This location is terrible. The customer service is nothing but a joke. The staff seem to have a mentality that the customer is in the way. Manager is no where to be seen nor do they care to be. This store used to be a pleasure to shop. I will no longer shop there. I hope the other locations are not like this one.
New management is NOT focused on customer service. Policies about returns, exchanges, and honoring sale prices are subject to change based on their perceptions. Luckily there are many other stores in the area I can support.
Far nicer than the one on Juan Taboo. Also a great selection.
Though I didn't find what I wanted, I still enjoyed wandering around. They have a lot of stuff condensed in a small space.
My husband is kind of hard to buy for but he loves shopping at Big 5 so I in turn love getting him gift certificates!
Grabbed a pair of boots for my son whom forgot his at home. Bought a pair of Smith and Wesson tan boots. Fair price for a decent boot.
