Great stafe the selection is good but I come back for the atmosphere the employees create always helpful. LUCKY is the best great asset to have representing your business give the man a raise. I spend around $300 every time I stop in I have a family of six and we all like what is hanging on the racks and always stop to see what's new. If you go to Cottonwood Mail check it out.

I got my son a board here a few weeks ago and Lucky and his team are SO helpful. They told me about every skate park in the area, gave plenty of info on boards and double checked all the mounts before we left. They were great for being a team of young guys, we will be back for all the things my son needs!

Just called to see if they had the Landyachtz night fox board in stock. The girl, who had no idea what I was talking about said "you can check online, and if it says order now, we have it. We have a lot of boards here in the store, and I can't tell you what we have in stock." Seriously!!?? You don't know what you have in you own store right now while I'm on the phone with you!!!??? You need to educate yourself on your product, and learn how to get a customer to spend a couple hundred dollars with one purchase!! I'll take my money elsewhere! Wanted to buy something physically, but this is a perfect example of how to get your business to shut it's doors!

Decent. Got decent generic skate supplies but the selection is superficial and not fully geared towards skaters but for hype and cool sunglasses for the guys that hang out at the skate park and don't skate.

Dlyan was awesome at helping us find and build new skateboards. He was patient and friendly and game awesome advice. Would recommend

I never write reviews but the customer service was so great that I wanted to let everyone know. I went in looking for a pair of Toms and was helped by a lovely man that didn't push me into any pair but offered some suggestions. He was just the right amount of attentive and very personable. There was also a young woman that was very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my experience in this store and wanted to say thank you to these two employees.

I had a weird exchange/return issue that I wasn't even sure the store would be able to help me with. I had purchased a pair of shoes in Illinois and they weren't fitting quite right. The staff went above & beyond to help me out. Brian, the store manager, made sure the exchange worked out exactly the way I had asked. He didn't have the shoes I was exchanging for in the store, so he looked em up online and got me all through the entire process in less than 10 minutes. Brian's great, store's great, money well spent.

Absolutely love this place and specifically his location. The staff at cottonwood rock my socks! I've never had a bad experience with this location and considering my previous experience with the Coronado location I will only go to this location! Highly recommend to anyone you guys keep it up!
