When me and my sister went to the store, the employees were avoiding customers who were trying to get shoes and a dressing room. This was extremely frustrating as I had to wait for a long time before we just ended up leaving. Note that if it was busy i would understand but it was just us two and the employees there. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome in this store, which is not how a customer should feel when shopping. Overall, I would not recommend shopping here if you value good customer service. The employees here seem to have a serious lack of professionalism and care for their customers. PacSun has some great products, but the poor service really ruins the entire shopping experience

Bought $55 pants, we’re tried on so we knew they fit with a “little wiggle room” After first wash they only shrunk in waist not at all in length. Both stores REFUSE a store credit or exchange since tags are off, I even have receipt Poor policy when we did our part and even washed as suggested. Guess you have to never remove tags or wash if you purchase from them. Cute clothes for teen but they don’t care about the customer only their $$. Too bad!

I walked past the employees multiple times and wasn't acknowledged at all, i asked for a fitting room twice and both of the employees responded with "hold up one sec" and after around 10 minutes finally gave it to me. once i was ready to pay i just stood at the desk waiting for 2 minutes. the girl who eventually helped me was nice but gave me the wrong amount of change lmao, it was overall just a terrible experience

Every time I come to PacSun I have a horrible experience. I have now been in the store with my two boys for 20 minutes now and the two guys working have not even acknowledged us at all. We have tried clothes on, looked for sizes, walked by the desk at least 5 times. Totally unbelievable. No doubt tons of people come in here just to steal because no one cares!

They have really cute stuff, and the sales are pretty hot right now. I do wish their stuff was a little less pricey. Their jeans are the best product they have in my opinion.

Go there every time I visit. Best 'lids' in town, especially the Wu-Tang acid wash ball cap. Not all hats have to be trucker style.
