Owner was very rude. Was there to buy a Lettermen’s jacket for my daughter. Trying to see what kind of designs and jackets they have. Was a very unprofessional way of handling business.

Excellent service, the workers were sociable and knew exactly what she was doing. Really fun to talk to and enjoyable.

Fast and friendly service. They walked us through the whole process and my daughters jacket turned out great! We have even returned to have her other patches and letters sewn on. They are the best in the business when it come to letter jackets.

I called ahead of time to make sure they had what I was looking for, and when I got there my items were there waiting for me. They are in the process of moving across the street to another building. They are really nice people there and they care about the people they serve. Thanks

Have used these guys on numerous occasions. We had a set of Mile High All-Star Jackets ordered 2 years ago. They did a great job, provided excellent knowledge and service at a very fair price. Will continue to use them from time to time.

Went to visit Gardenschwartz only to discover when we got there that they only sell letter jackets by appointment after 3. There is a sign on the door. I called from the parking lot and it was explained but I was told to come in and I could at least look and get an idea and set a time. So we went in only to be greeted by the sales person who in no uncertain terms told us she didn't take walk ins because she had no one to answer the phone not sure about the women standing next to her who had just answered the phone, but okay whatever and she already had a 3:30 so I could come back at 4. I said we could not as we lived on the westside plus it was Good Friday and she said "okay", no offer to reschedule, another day, nothing. I told her I wished it was on her website because I had checked it twice to verify hours and details and would have been happy to follow the rules had I known. She said "it's all over the website" it's not anywhere on the website. It was CLEAR she didn't really give a hoot and I was a bit surprised but the lack of customer concern, she didn't care that we'd wasted a trip or even offer another time slot. That being said, we discovered Academy Team Sales on San Mateo, called him, no appointment necessary and we drove over. He explained everything, helped with design and BOOM, we were on our way. It was a MUCH different experience and was so pleasant we HIGHLY encourage our folks to go check him out, he certainly earned our business. Gardenshwartz used to be "the" place, but they clearly don't need or want any additional business and just don't care.

Very quick turn around time on our order and friendly and efficient service not to mention quality workmanship on the patches. Just be sure to check their hours before you go. See attached pics as reference.

Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in town. The only place I could ever possibly go to get a letterman jacket is here at gardenswartz team sales! Staff is friendly, and truly makes you feel welcomed and as if your family!!
