5 Star Service, Communication and Customer Service. Purchased a Cyberpower computer on Ebay and received the computer with a corrupted OS. Luckily it still had a windows 10 key so not a total loss! Took the computer for a free diagnosis which is rare to find, and hoped that the OS was the only issue. After going back and forth with the seller, she requested I return the PC for a full refund and not pay for the repair. I communicated this to the shop and said I would just pick up the PC and move from there. The owner was super nice and preformed the repair for me for free as he had already diagnosed the issue and it was an easy enough repair for a tech savvy person. Giving this business a huge shout out, I will recommended Duke of Computers to all my co-workers who were admiring my PC at lunch today in my office, yes all 120 of them! I work not far from this store and will bring all my future business to them!

Carried my desktop IBM tower in for an estimate for repair -- six days later got a call that the repair was completed and ready for pickup. Dan (biz owner) had taken it in but another young man was at the desk when I came to pick up. BOTH OF THEM WERE VERY PLEASANT! But I let this person know that I had not received a call about an estimate at all .. and then I paid him. When I set up my computer at home it took only one hr for the problem to return. I visited the store again to talk with Dan... he apologized, gave my money back. The 2 stars are only for the two pleasant people....... NOT for the quality of repair.

Duke of Computers fixed my Compaq XP . They removed malware and did a software fix. Before, I was told by two "Experts" to get a new computer. My positive experience has shown that Duke of Computers can bring a dead computer back to life.

I recently built a new desktop and was having trouble figuring out why it would POST but wouldn't boot or go to BIOS. With my work schedule it's very difficult to get free time to troubleshoot these kinds of problems. Luckily I called the Duke of Computers and they come 2 hours later to pick up my PC. they called me 24 hours later and had located the problem. They even delivered the desktop back and was charged a very fair price for the rescue. It would have been great if the part could have been replaced by the Duke of Computers immediately, but it's understandable that they don't have a huge inventory of parts available, so I still rate my experience as 5 stars. The person who helped me was very easy to talk to and handled my desktop very carefully - much appreciated, especially for a relatively expensive custom build! Fast, high quality service at a good price!

Danny and his crew are excellent! They know their stuff and are very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
