My terrabytes backup drive failed after cats knocked it over, TLC spent 2 days trying to recover any data to no avail. The blessing is they did not charge for the repair. Wonderful, professional and caring place which are not words normally associated with IT people.

Kid who came to help me was great. Never did what I needed but because of his computer expertise quickly figured it out. He's been out to help me twice excellent help both times.

You know that old saying, "everything happens at once?!" Well, that's exactly what happened to me. Router, upgraded modem per Cox Communications REQUIRED or face service interruption and then my laptop all stopped working at the same time. I called George and, oh man, did he hook me up! I did have to buy a new laptop but all of my data was successfully transferred from my old one to my new one. I even had him help me with advice as to which laptop to order to make the transition easiest. Bottom line? I would send anybody here for any type of technical repairs. I've been using them for at least three years now. I am beyond satisfied!
