Dump-A-Box

I did all my ordering and instructions online. The dumpster was delivered and put where I had asked it to be put. And was picked up promptly when it was supposed to be picked up. Overall, it was a very great experience for the first time renting a dumpster. I know where to go when I need one again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The whole process was easy from start to finish. Ordered late at night and they were here early the next day as stated. Pickup was also as it states. Call or text to schedule pickup. I texted and they were here a couple hours later. Will definitely use again!

Is the company still in business? I have called several times in the last two weeks, left messages as well as posted messages to their website and Facebook accounts, but no answer on availability for pickup of the dumpster we have had in our driveway since December. They are usually extremely attentive to requests, etc., and when I used them previously and the service was phenomenal. Not sure what's happening.

Very easy, ordering online experience and take away experience. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

The online order process is quick and easy. For a 2 week rental they’re actually priced right compared to the competition. The drop off was very quick and driver was friendly. If I had any questions, contacting them was very easy. Genuinely pleasant to work with in every capacity and we’ll certainly utilize their services in the future and will highly recommend to anyone looking for this particular service. Very satisfied.

I used Dump-A-Box for a basement/house clean out in preparation for us moving. They were great. From the initial online ordering process to them taking the dumpster away, everything was flawless. I had requested an early morning drop-off, and they had the dumpster here before 7am on the day I requested. In addition, they were very careful to offload the dumpster without any damage to my asphalt driveway. The dumpster was spacious and very clean. When I was done, I simply called them to let them know it was ready and there were here the very next morning to tarp the dumpster and haul it away as promised. As I said, the process was all very easy and streamlined and their pricing was extremely competitive. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Dump-a-Box was great to work with! I easily ordered the dumpster online and before noon on my delivery day, it arrived! The truck was there no more than 10 minutes to drop off the dumpster on our driveway. He opened the door, making sure it cleared our garage, but still close to fill. 3 days later they were picking up the dumpster! Easy, fast, simple. I know we will need to do this again and will definitely use Dump-a-Box again.

First, they delivered a full dumpster. I had to call them to swap it out. Second the contract stated a swap out would be a $35 charge in addition to the quoted price. I was charged double for 2 dumpsters. It would have been nice to know that up front. Also, the dumpster was supposed to be picked up by Monday morning. I had to contact them on Monday afternoon to pick up the dumpster. Come to find out, it wasn't on the schedule to be picked up. Had I not called them, would I have been charged for another days until they decided to pick it up? Who knows! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! UPDATE! After speaking to the owner, the issues were discussed and a resolution was provided. I'm very satisfied and thank you, Randy, for your understanding.

Very responsive and fast service. I had another company flake on me and had to do a cleanup job myself in a short amount of time. Dump-A-Box had a dumpster out within the hour and came out to pick up the dumpster soon after I scheduled a pickup the next day. Highly recommended.
